Air Charter Operations
 

Rhoades Aviation operates commercial all-cargo Convair 640 aircraft in the US, Mexico, Canada, Bahamas and Caribbean.  With only 5,000 feet of runway required, these workhorses can service less improved locations more accessible to the ultimate cargo destination.  The Convair 640 cruises at 250 mph and has a load capacity of over 15,000 pounds.
 

Our commercial fleet also includes the turbine Douglas DC-3TP.  This airframe is proven by getting the job done for more than five decades.  The DC-3TP is good for shorter haul trips with loads up to 7,500 pounds.  It can cruise at 200 mph and only requires runways of 4,000 feet which allows it to service airfields not accessible to many other commercial cargo aircraft.
 

In addition to the Rhoades all-cargo fleet of commercial aircraft, we also feature the Cessna 310 and 402 which can handle 4 to 6 passengers or up to 1,400 pounds of freight.  These aircraft are perfect for "NEED NOW" shipping requirements or urgent, last-minute business travel for destinations of 500 nm.

International Operations

Rhoades Aviation, Inc. has been engaged in international air transport since 1976, and has fulfilled many rolls over the years, from relief work in Africa, to scheduled freight transport in Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean. Rhoades aircraft have flown in Africa providing necessary air transport of medicine, food and the sanitary needs of a nation at war to international organizations such as the United Nations, International Committee of the Red Cross and UNICEF. In the Caribbean you will find our aircraft in such places as Puerto Rico, Saint Thomas, Saint Croix, Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic and Haiti where we support commercial trade with businesses. In Mexico you will again find Rhoades aircraft flying the skies in support of the automotive, computer and retail industries.
